What is your background?

I have several years of customer service experience in various industries, including almost 12 years with Southwest Airlines. I am also a graduate of The DiJulius Group’s Customer eXperience Executive Academy (CXEA), which is where I earned my Certified Customer eXperience Executive degree.

Favorite activities or things to do when not working?

Spending time with my family, crocheting, reading, volunteering

What is something most people would not know about you?

I am really quite shy. I just hide it well most of the time.
