What do you do at NetRes?
vCIO (Virtual Chief Information Officer). I assist my clients by acting as the head of their information technology efforts, providing resolution for challenges and guidance for projects & planning that involve their technology.
What is your background?
I starting working in IT in 1994 as a help desk technician for a computer manufacturer. Over the last 25 years I have filled just about every position within the IT profession as a call center representative, a bench tech, a field tech or an account executive performing various tasks within each role.
Favorite activities you like to do when not working?
I enjoy sports, family, and friends so any combination of those brings me joy. Cooking for family and friends that come over to watch a Cowboy’s game is what life is all about!
What do you enjoy about working at NetRes?
Helping our clients find technology solutions that make them more successful and productive. There are numerous aspects involved in operating a business and technology is becoming a larger part of that every day. Taking the responsibility of technology off a business owner’s or manager’s plate so they can use the services we provide to be more efficient and focused on operations is what it is all about!
What is something most people would not know about you?
I actually tried out for a professional football team. That was a LONG, LONG time ago!
